I'm really sorry you're having such a hard time at the moment, but try to remember that the cycle will come to an end. It's so difficult when you're being hit so hard that you don't even know you're own name half the time, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and the good times really do make up for the bad ones. If you get the chance, I really would recommend trying shrooms - it really does work for some of us. Search for shrooms on the board. Try to keep your pain in perspective - it is a huge part of your life when you're in cycle, but it's not ALL your life. Stay strong.
