Georgia, I have suffered with CH for 18 years, they began right after I had my second daughter. My kids have grown up with me going in and out of cycles, lost my first husband because he could not understand why I was not fun anymore while I was in cycle. My second husband is a pillar of support. without his neckrubs and taking over for the care of kids and house, I may not have made it this far. You need to ask your family to support you. Print off the areas of this site that describe the pain and ask them to read it. You are not alone or imagining this beast. It is for real. There are free clinic everywhere. Imitrex has been a lifesaver for me. Also, try the exercise routine, for whatever reason it seems to help abort them or at least lesson the pain. What is the e-mail address of the researcher. I would like to contribute to research if it could possibly help people get diagnosed or help get better meds out there. Try the Michigan Headace Institute also, they are who finally diagnosed me and got me on the road with Imitrex. Hang in there kiddo, life without the Beast is worth living. Good Luck
