I to have found pure O2 a very effictive abortive tool.The only way it works for me is to use 100% for 3-5 min, if it is going to work I will know by then. Sonetimes I disconnect the hose from the mask and breath it right from the tube It has saved my life during the middle of the night many many times!!! There are also some very good Dr's in the Boston Mass and Stanford Conn areas.
