I have a bird... no that's an understatement. We have 8 birds. There's 1 Scarlet Macaw, 1 African Grey, 1 Sun Conure, 1 Lovebird, and four cockatiels. One's a peg legged lovebird named Stimpy. Stimpy got his leg caught in some nesting material as a baby and it cut off his circulation and the leg just sorta' fell off. By the time we found it, it was black and all shriveled up. I started calling him "Stumpy" but my wife thought that was mean, so she changed it to "Stimpy". It's not like I'd offend him, as his brain is about the size of a pea. He's about a year and a half old, now. Don't be fooled by their names, as there is little love to be found in these creatures. When he and his 2 sisters were about 3 months old, they killed their mother; pecked her eyes out, and pecked her scalp bald. Parents, today, get no respect from their children.
