I have read "Seeing Voices" and several of his other books and I agree he is brilliant. He has written some fantastic stuff about autism as well. I work in this field (developmental disabilities) and I guess I, too, would not wish clusters on anyone but if he could share any kind of knowledge he has about them I bet people would read it!
If we want a message to get out about this insanity called clusters he would be my first choice to do the writing. In his books he has chronicled time spent with people with various neurological disorders and really captured what life is like for the person in such a readable fashion. Even if he doesn't personally suffer from CHs, perhaps he could write about people he has encountered who do!
