Finally !! An answer ! Thanks John. Of course this makes me think even more. Watch I'll show you. Hmmmmmm. See? Now I have a whole bunch of "what if" type questions.
Sorry. :-( Perhaps it's my "mood" or perhaps it's that damn Serotonin stuff, but most likely it's just my curious personality.
Anyway I was thinking more a long the lines of sudden or quick "mood" changes when I asked my question. Kind of like when a Cluster attack comes from out of no where. It's kind of quick and kind of sudden. And, as you know, the Serotonin levels in our brains increase.
So let's try a "what if" question in terms of a quick or sudden "mood" change.
What if me and my 6-year-old daughter are playing with a ball in the front yard. What if I'm really, really happy. (I'm in a GREAT "mood").
What if the ball goes rolling into the street and my daughter goes running after the ball. What if a really, really big truck comes by and destroys my daughter right in front of my eyes. Very quickly and very suddenly.
I'm fairly certain that my "mood" will change.
Again keeping in mind the (chicken or the egg) question. Does Serotonin regulate my mood OR does my mood regulate Serotonin?
