You're right about a couple of things. First that article is NOT an easy read. Second the word "posterior hypothalamus" is not in THAT article. It was mentioned in another article and it was also mentioned by my Neurologist to me when he read the article that you just printed.
I can't find the other article right now. When I do I'll send it to you.
