Just because we may not like the answer doesn't mean it isn't right.

Let's try to stick to the subject of the theory I presented and not get sidetracked on an example I cited which referenced ch.com. I personally consider this site the MOST valuable source of information and support for clusterheads that exists in the world.

Everyone has different personalities and therefore different ways of reacting to and dealing with adversity. Some of us are episodic and some are chronic. Some of us have found success (at least partial success) in utilizing coping techniques. Others have not. Ditto meds, acupuncture, religion, etc.

Perhaps this disorder is not as variable as we all have taken for granted. Perhaps the reason different treatments work, and we all have different experiences with the demon, has to do with our personality.

Frankly, given the many studies which have proven the power of the mind in dealing with disease and disorder and all sorts of adversity, it is downright ignorant to discount the psychological aspects of clusters out of hand.
