I had complex partial seizures and grand mal seizures. As for a predictable time of day that they would come. No. They would hit me out of the blue. I never knew when one would strike as far as the time of day. However, just as some people with migraines or clusters have stated they get an arora with my seizures I always could feel one comming on by a pressure in my head and a funny off smell. The pressure in the head was nothing like the shadow of a cluster. No pain to it just a feeling in the head. I knew one was comming and would have enought time to sit down and get ready. The grand mals would hit me out of the blue with no warning. There are things that can trigger seizures just like there are things that can trigger a cluster headache. The things that triggered my seizures are not the same things that trigger a cluster headache. No one else in my family has epilepsy. Hope this info helps with your question.
