Alcohol is a trigger for me only when I'm in an active cluster. Once the cluster was over I could drink anyting I wanted to and it wouldn't effect me at all (if you count DUIs, elevated liver enzyzmes, high blood pressure, etc). Ya see, I was a practicing alcoholic until I started recovery 9 years ago. I could pound down a quart of vodka, a gallon of cheap wine and a few beers, all on a Saturday. The only headache I had to worry about was the one I was gonna have the next morning.
