I don't have any idea how long you've been unable to get some relief, what you've tried and what you haven't. It's been too much for too long, I can tell that. Evidently, you have a Dr. and can get some meds? Are there meds mentioned on the board that you haven't tried? O2, Imitrex, lithium? Anything? I wish there was something I could say or do that would help. When it comes to these damn CHs, helplessness affects sufferers and supporters alike. As far as the "clique" thing goes, I'm pretty new here, and don't really feel like one of the gang either. But that's really OK. I don't see anyone out there as mean spirited or anything...really the opposite. But I can't give my esteem or sense of self to anyone else to determine. If I feel accepted, whatever that is, fine. If not, fine. There's still a lot of really good info here, some funny characters, and a lot more fellow clusterheads than anywhere else in the world. Please hang in there.
