Sounds like you should find a way to see another headache specialist, Liz. Who's to say it's not CH--there's quite a bit that's not yet understood about CH, I've heard, and I would think a neurologist would know more than anybody... But that depends on the neurologist, I guess. If I were you, I'd try to find a second opinion, from someone very qualified with lots of headache experience...
As far as the creative issue goes, I just found this site last week and wasn't aware that there were other musicians/writers on board. Add me to that list!
