I agree with Don C. Oxygen is as natural as you're going to get. You need to get to a neurologist and get a prescription for oxygen and drugs to combat the clusters. Pain killers, OTC or p'script, are mostly a waste to time and money. Most clusterheads have found that you can take pain killer drugs until you're completely numb and floating on Mars but the headache pain will still be there. Good luck finding peace.
