Hi. I'm and American male and I'll be 28 in a week. I have had clusters 1-4 months a year, every year but one, since I was sixteen. Just had my first of the season the other night. AFter all of the treatments (niacin, steroids, injections of lidocaine in temple) I buckle down with my loyal Imitrex gun(left upper arm, nowhere else). While the Imitrex kicks in (when lucky, 12 minutes on the dot), I take the edge off with a shot of Stadol nasal spray. Without the Imitrex, it would be useless, but knowing that the Imitrex is working it's way, the Stadol takes the bite out of the 12 minutes/hours before relief.
So. Anyone use CrainoSacral healing or acupuncture? I'm green to this site so might be asking the wrong questions, but have just been speaking with a friend of the "healing hands" persuasion, and I was curious to know what anyone thought.
What about OxyContin? Are doctors prescribing it to anyone?
