Just wanted to let all you wonderful people know, I finally got into a doctor today....one who knew what I was talking about....his nurse said he has them as well. Anyway, he has put me on a prednisone burst and gave me imitrex injection samples. I am crossing my fingers for quick success. Am on the third month of these beasts and am sooooooo ready to be pain free for a little while. After 30 years, it was really nice to go see a doc that seemed to understand what I was talking about. What a relief!!
Down side of this visit though....he thinks I may have the beginnings of cataracts...BUMMER...It is hell getting old. He even laughed and made a joke about he thought we were supposed to get rid of these CH's when we got older. Oh well, lol. Wish me luck.
