Except for the very first time... maybe. My cycles were a lot shorter in those days, (1990 or so) and by the time I got on the Verapamil I was about five weeks into the cycle. A week and a half after starting the Verap at 240 mg a day, the cycle ended. That had been my longest cycle up until then.
It has never worked since, even at 960 mg per day. And at that dosage level the constipation becomes a MAJOR issue, let me tell you! Not to mention having feet and ankles that would rival those of Krusty the Clown.
The various surveys I have found on the web give Verapamil success rates of 60 to 70 per cent, so at least the odds are in your favor.
