Good morning to all, hope everyone had a pain free night!!! I wanted to let everyone know that I have had the weirdest thing happen in the last week. I'm currently in cycle and have been having between 3-5 attacks a day and starting last week, when I have an attack, if I go sit on the toilet and get my head down between my knees and let the blood pressure build in my head, I can abort the CH within 5 minutes, whether full blown or just starting. It has been a long 19 years and I have never experinced anything like this......Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining because it works, just wondering if anybody else has had any luck in this manner!!!
