this is a cluster support site. E.g. we try to show a newbie into a direction that promises some help and steer him/her away from useless or even harmful treatments. Although most of us are not medical professionals, we spot the scam if the 'healer' utters some nonsensical garbage laced with some medical terms, like your quote about the lymph glands.
We try the best we can to help people to help themselves, and that includes warning them to waste their money on snake oil salesmen. Therefore, advertising scam cures is not welcomed warmly.
Invest some time in studying the methods of quack cure vendors (see link below), and save your money for a better purpose.
