Narcotics are not the answer to long term cluster treatment. There is plenty in the archives about this subject and quite frankly I'm tired of discussing the use of narcs. Get yourself a neurologist that understands cluster headaches. There are many good treatments available and you just have to keep trying till you find one that works for you. Your on the right track with the verapimil, now find a doctor who understands that.As for abortives, a good neuro will know what they are. They are also to be found in the archives of this site.
