After missing (not really) several years IT's back. I knew I have been getting signs all last month and tried all the tricks I learned here and on my own. I feel for you man and I know how it is to not have them and then get it back. I am trying a test this week of taking alot of magnesium ( 250mg 4 times a day) , Ginko Biloba 60 mg 3 times a day , a 30 min sunshine walk at lunch,1- 325 aspirin at bedtime along with the water and benedryll tricks I learned here at night. I beat the headache at 11 am ( it never came on full bore) and that was starting to be a bad one and reliable for the last 2 days. The Ginko I think thins the blood and when I did not use this last week just the others I was reaching for the real meds imitrex and O2. It did not work by itself either, before I loaded up on the magmesium. This thing has always been a combo for me, every trick I know and can find out about and believe me I have tried everything that can be grown, swallowed or scraped off the road. If the combo above just holds the headaches at bay I will be happy not to have to go on the old standby and my final solution sansert. It helps me alot but then I cannot use the imitrex and the remote side effects on sansert are scary--kidney fibrosis not reversible.Message hear is I know we are desperate people but bad things can happen. If not, go to the dr and start trying the long list, imitrex, O2, paxil, Amerge,Lithium stadol,Maxalt and whatever is on the meds list on this site, copy the list here and give them to the Dr and tell them we WILL be trying all this untill we find one or combo that works.
