Hi guys. I am beginning to get to know a few of you, and just wanted to let you know that I actually had two pain free days! I had almost forgotten how good those felt. I wanted to share something that happened to me and see if any of you have had the same. When I am going through my CH cycle, it seems that my pain moves between 6 different points on the right side of my head. It seems to move from one to the other every 20 to 30 minutes. Two days ago, the pain started jumping every 5 minutes between the spots, and then just stopped. I was alert again and happy....and had two days with no pain at all. The downside of this story is that I woke up again this morning with that same "spacy" feeling, cranky and a pain level of 2 again bouncing between locations. Let me know if anyone else goes through this the same. I have been keeping a daily diary of my headaches since the 2nd, and I hope this sheds some light on things for me.
