IMHO, nope. They're not connected in any way.
If a person were to loose the use of the dominate hand through stroke or amputation there would be a great deal of internal conflict, but I have never heard of any one becoming dyslexic or developing clusters due to that lose.
I have heard the story that forcing a child to change from left to right handedness or vice-versa will cause stuttering, but I think that is an old-wives-tale.
Please tell us a little more about your granddaughter's headaches. Maybe someone here can help guide you and her to some help.
