I am now on day 45 of this bought of clusters. I should be toward the tail end. (Hopefully!) I had a clasic attack at 2:30 today, took some Amerge, jumped rope vigourously, then slept for 2 hours. Am I alone or do these CH's drive us crazy by "lingering around"? What I mean is, they never really completely go away during a cycle. I can always feel a little bit of pain on my left side even though I am not having a full attack.
Now it's 6:00 and I am getting ready with my wife to go to another Christmas Party. The anticipation for my next cluster (which if all goes according to plan should be around 10:30 pm) is killing me!
One thing that I have found is that Amerge is much longer lasting and it does help prevent my CH's as long as it is in my system (8 - 10 hours).
Wish me luck at yet another Christmas Party that I will have to leave early!
