if you can smoke half a pack of cigarettes, drink a few glasses of wine and have tylenol affect your pain level, it sure doesn't sound like cluster attacks to me.
There is NO way my husband can smoke, drink or find relief from Tylenol during an attack, let alone find the patience to type on a computer or look at the screen.
