....so I get a bit miffed when folks use an "X" instead of my name this time of year. How would you like it if they sang "Haaaapy birthday dear X" to you huh? Unless yer first name was Malcolm you'd be dissappointed too. He sends his love by the way.
...Dad and the spook tell me to chill and say I gotta get over it. They remind me about all that peace and love and goodwill to men stuff. Their still on my butt over that fig tree incident and the time I blew my cool with the money-changers....
I guess I'm just a traditional kinda diety. Like ...when any carpenter hit's their thumb with a hammer...takes me back to hearin Joseph yell "Jesus" from his shop in Nazareth. Wish I had a drachma fer every finger i healed.
Now I'm down with internet abbreviations for the sake of brevity....heck...my early buds ...the first century Xians (sorry I couldn't resist) used to abbreviate my name in greek "XPICTOC" with an X (chi) and a P (rho) on top.......of course they did it as a secret symbol to keep the Romans from killin them. So now with the death of typewriters and the inability to backspace without deleting you guys have taken it the next logical step and use only the "X"...
Just be kind to all the other "X"'s you meet and we'll be cool.
