Are things better this morning? Did you get any sleep? We all understand. Most of us have been in exactly the same place - don't want to live like this, but don't want to die like this. There's been a lot of great advice here today - find a new doctor, one who's compassionate and willing to help (yes, they do exist). Know that we're here for you.
