I would like to thank everyone that is a part of this wonderful site, especially Elizabeth, Brad W., Charlie, JudyW, Nancyc, Jim R., Margi, and MikeB for going out of ya'lls way to give me a little heat in the heart. Thanks. I have a question for all of you. I recieved a bundle of information from the National Headache Foundation in Chicago that I had requested. In it, it discusses the usual stuff, but then I read about all the different treatments. It listed the usual stuff but then it talked about histamine desensitization and surgical intervention that can be considered for those who have not responded to other forms of standard therapy. I went to the web site and could not find anything on such methods. Have any of you heard of such things? Cause if there is a surgical procedure..well...grab the ice cream scoop and split my skull wide open cause I'm ready for anything no matter what the risks may be.
