It's already documented that 'streneous' exercise at the onset of a headache will sometimes abort it. I aborted 60+ headaches in a row by doing squats last cluster. When I first signed the Guestbook back in January 1999, the entry before mine was from a guy who ran up a hill behind his house to abort his headaches.
Strangely, it is also known that exercise while not having a headache, may trigger one. Goadsby lists the 4 recognized triggers for CH as alcohol, nitro glycerine, heat and exercise.
