glad you found something that works..i am an avid tennis player 3x per week and during a cycle i have to lay off...can rarely get through a set before the beast decides "that's enough exercise for one day"...i too am in my 30's and have had them since 19..doesn't matter..basketball, soccer, any aerobic exercise kicks them off and they are usually more intense when i exercise..glad it works for you though
