if you have never had an MRI, most nuros, insist that you do, to rule out any thing else,, male of female,,we all know that clusters are not gender related , but the MRI thing sems to be automatic now a days. Still this Doc is in the dark ages ,, maybe you can get his head screwed on right ,, good luck,,just trying to help .
