My doc recently put me on an SSRI for depression. I seldom get any good information from the Docs; they typically shake their heads and say something like “Uh-huh, yeah, it’s possible”
My belief is that if your seratonin levels are out of whack and that leads to one having clusters, why wouldn’t it also lead to depression. I’ve repeatedly seen folks post that they were taking Zoloft, Paxil, Prozac, & similar drugs. When I have tried to monkey with the dosages of my SSRI’s, it has on a couple of occasions, (possibly) triggered another episode; to which the doc replied, “Uh-huh, yeah, it’s possible” . Since they neither confirmed, nor denied my claim, I can only speculate that somehow, they're related.
