Dear Fellow Chefs...(Todd, I am not sure what catagory to put you under - and that's not about the helpful hints sent in either!)...be that as it may, I am very thankful for the many responses I received today regarding the cookbook. I can't respond to them all so I hope everyone checks this. I am sweltering away this week trying to put together a float. WHY do people think the summer is anytime to have a festival?! September and October work just as well! Shoot! I'd even go for November! Polkafest, beer steins, COOL weather all work well.
Anyway...thanks to all of you who post and those who don't. I appreciate it!
