You just swallow them with a bit of water.
c. They say nothing about the gentleman who rubbed the stuff in his navel.
Is this the same product? The contents do not seem to comprise asafetida (or hing) but then I am not an apothecary. They do comprise something the Lancet did research on.
And for the rest it is your common and garden snake-oil patter.
