I know I have said thanks to a few of you who have offered encouragement and advice but I thought I would chuck out a BIG to everyone, Rachel, Cheryl, Mike, Yoke, Mela everyone.

I will keep you all up to date. Just FYI, 2 today, minor one this morning (11:15ish 2/3) for only half an hour but a nastier one this evening (it's 20:36 here in good ole UK), so an hour of 5/6 as well. Funny thing is recently (last few weeks) once the big bad full on CH has gone I seem to have the stabbing pain just lingering for a couple of hours afterwards, like a really bad shadow, anyone else get that ?
