I was just curious if you were chronic and now you have been 3 weeks without CH's? I am epsiodic and have been 4 days PF after 40 days of CH's. Sometimes I think that once the beast arrives, nothing you do will make them go away. The beast hangs out causing much pain, then leaves when he is good and ready. At least that is my experience. I quit smoking and drinking during this episode hoping that my remission will last longer...we shall see. I wish the same for you bryan. Maybe I will throw in some your idea's as well.....sheesh.....somebody just shoot me LOL ;-)
