Ask your doctor (medical or psych) about Remeron dissolvable tablets or Ambian. Both have to be carefully monitored and followed up but there are few side effects except for I slept a lot the first few days because the dr. said I had a huge sleep debt from not being able to. It regulated. Make sure you get doctor's support for this Rx. Remeron dissolvable works fast (like ten minutes). If I wake up in middle of night, I am staggering but I can sleep. Get info and good luck.
