Dear Tom, I am so happy to hear that this worked for you. Congrats! Most local drugstores carry a microwavable heat pack that works well. It comes in a removable sleeve and you heat the inside pack according to instructions. I like the wrappable velco kind because I can put it on my husband's head and he doesn't have to hold it. Please try the rubbing method as well, because that worked immediately on the pain. It really does work better if you can have someone do it, because I can really lean into it, which my husband has trouble doing to himself. You would think all those years of grinding his eye flat would have given his arm magical powers of pressure! :} Anyway, whatever works is a blessing. Thanks for letting me know it helped.
