Things settle down over the course of the next few days. I quite often get strange attacks for 48 hours after dosing. If the attacks go up dramatically in intensity and duration then you need to dose again with 1/2 tab. You must wait 5 full days between doses or the treatment will be ineffective.
It is not uncommon for the attacks to get less frequent but longer and more intense if the initial dose has been too low. Unfortunately you then have to put up with it for another anything up to 5 days. You usually get a pretty good idea after 48 hours on how things are going to pan out...
Last time I underdosed I got close 2 days relief with only minor hits, then 3 days of one MF 10 every day. Then I was able to take a larger dose and blitz them off altogether.
I find that the sooner you take the hallucinogens in an episode, the less you need to take to break the cycle.
