If it killed an attack already then the prognosis is good.
You will usually skip an episode. Therefore is you go 10 months between episodes you will get 10 months PF. If you go 3 months then 3 months PF.
You seem pretty clued up on this teatment. Next step would indeed be 1/2 hit if necessary. Don't exceed that though - it gets a little too intrusive beyond 1/2. You would be correct to try shrooms if the LSD fails - shrooms and LSD both often work where to other doesn't.
