Dear Tim, replying to your message in early July. I have used 100% O2 in the doctor's office during an attack. Once in full force, I went to his office immediately. I wore a nose and mouth mask and breathed it for thirty minutes. After 5-10 minutes the pain began to lessen and it was gone after 30 min. My CHs are chronic and I have them every day. The O2 definitely is worth having. I am trying to get insurance to cover having a bottle etc in my home, but that's another website and another rant! I am still on meds but I go for the O2 in an unbearable attack. It does not taste funny or make you feel weird, it just stops the attack and then I have the usual post-pain weariness.
