Sorry to hear that the beast came back. I hate sounding like a broken record but have you tried the water treatment? One glass every half hour while you're away or as much as you can stand while you're awake then drink again when you wake in the night. It was at the end of my husband's last cycle that we tried this and it ended the cycle within two days.
So far, we have been able to keep this cycle from starting by watering him. He has been drinking the water for a month now and even though one CH almost broke through last week, nothing has happened yet. By now, usually, he would be in a full blown cycle but so far nothing......keeping our fingers crossed.
Just a suggestion for you Rob, hope it works.
