Boy I think Bob summed it up the best possible way. I think about the chronic CH folks, but I also think about the crippled, the deaf, the blind etc etc etc. I have a renewed love for the free days (weeks, months, years etc) even the free hours!!
Now, at the risk of upsetting A LOT of people (and that is NOT my intent):
There are people in this world who have NO HOPE in this life. They go on. They live - and they Enjoy!! I feel sad for some of the folks on this page that I have read that may be free, but walk in fear of "the next occurrence". I think it sad that the CH has been personified in THE BEAST, yeah it's cute, it's poetic - and as long as it stays in that use, it's fine. But I read some postings and I feel they have become their CH. It is no longer something they have - it is something they are. NOT ME! I suffer, but I have free days. What was, was. What will be will be. I have no control over either. I have what IS. "Take no thought for tomorrow, each day has concerns of its own" If today is free THANK GOD. If today is not free - hey I'm not the only one who suffers in this world. Others have gotten through, I will as well.
My advice: LIVE Do what you know is right! Do what you enjoy - and share it with others. It truly is your life TO LIVE!
Enjoy
Brian
