Thanks for the tips. I`ve seen some talk about mushrooms here,but wasnt quite sure it was "magic" mushrooms.
I`ve taken shrooms along with LSD many times when I was younger and loved it,but stopped after having 2 so called "bad trips".
The first bad experience was with mushrooms and the colorized,freaky version of a movie called Dr. Caligari. I went into deep panic mode and thought I was going to lose my mind.
I waited a few months after that and then tried again with half a hit of acid. It was the middle of summer and I ended up in bed with all my blankets and a space heater on me. I really thought I was going to die.
These bad trips both occured during the time when my anxiety and depression (things I`ve had all my life) really came to a head.
I used to blame the shrooms and lsd for my condition getting so bad,but I`ve been told otherwise by doctors.
The bottom line is that shrooms and lsd wont be an option for me due to the possiblity of me having a bad reaction. It`s been 9 years since the last time and I can still remember it like yesterday.
I thought pot might be helpful because I smoked two nights in a row and woke up the next mornings with no headaches. It didnt work at all the third or fourth times though,but I wonder if things might have different if I had some GOOD pot and not that poorly grown "cash crop" crap thats constantly circulating through this country.
Most of the pot bought and sold in this country will actually cause headaches and other adverse side effects like snacking,no motivation,fogginess etc. This is not a problem in the Netherlands where it can be carefully grown under controlled conditions and bred for pure strains without the risk of anyone going to prison.
The United States should really be ashamed of itself. In general we are a country of stupid,stupid people.
