no one should have to do that with ANY pain they are feeling.
But, have you read the description of clusters and some of the buttons at the left? Cluster pain doesn't last 24/7 as a rule. Has a neurologist diagnosed you to be a clusterhead? I hope you're seeing a good doctor who knows something about clusters and that they can steer you towards a good course of treatment for your pain.
Have you had an MRI or a CAT scan since your injury? I would sure think that's a good idea to rule out that something else isn't going on there.
