Try printing out some of the literature here on the board for your doc. Go to the search box at the top and type in oxygen - it will bring up lots of stuff. It didn't work with my doc but you just never know - yours may be a little more in tune. Also, Doc Greg (another sufferer here on the board posted a message under the heading of Oxygen bars. Read his message and send him an e-mail, he has offered his help.
Failing all of the above, we use a welding tank of oxygen at home as we are in the same boat you are - haven't been able to get a doc yet here in Calgary Canada who agrees with this research. Just being very careful with the flow regulator though, but for now it's helping.
