The teeth thing is absolutely bang on. My first experience,
before I was correctly diagnosed was of wisdom teeth problems.
Even after having all four extracted the pain was still there,
hence the follow-ups, which eventually led to CH
diagnosis. Even now, the worst attacks stem from
my rear upper molars and work their way up.
As for changes in temperature, that certainly is
true as well, particularly in UK!
Don't worry about the verapamil - I'm now on 560mg
pd. and no problems - it does seem to be effective
in controlling the level of pain, and with imigran/imitrex
things area at lest bearable!
