I have had little relief...I did get relief from some of the tension headaches etc...but not the ch... But maybe someone else has... Up to you to make the decision to go or not...I would recommend that you don't go through all the x-rays and stuff they offer...as it really only pads their pockets and doesn't really benefit you the patient...I go in when I think that I need it for my neck problems...but only on my terms and I made that VERY plain the first time I went..that I wouldn't be going 2-3 times a week for months on end...just a waste of money in my mind...did that before...and would only come in on an as needed basis... They agreed... Also depends on WHO is doing the adjustments...can be a big difference in techniques and stuff that they do ...especially if you go from one to another...some are better than others...that is what I found..but really is a hit and miss kind of deal...
