there. Mine lasted about 20 minutes or so, several times a day and at bedtime an hour or so after sleep. There are abortives and lots of people here swear by oxygen. There is also biofeedback which is really a physical techique that I used very successfully. If this is CH, I'll be glad to send you my post on it. One thing about this is it's harmless.
Have you seen a neurologist for these? They can determine what to do. This syndrome is a tough one to fight but there are psychogenic drugs and other ideas for clusters.
