He's peaking for sure. It's brutal isn't it? Katrina, is he using ice to help him through his attacks? Mike lays an ice bag on the back of his neck and it has really helped him to stay calm and therefore keep the old b/p down during an attack. Frozen peas works well too.
Also, can he try Dramamine before bed to see if it can get him through just one night without an attack? OR Benadryl? It will also have the same effect but don't let him take both.
