Hope you are doing well/ this is an old post of yours. You said that your doc was checking for aneurysm with the mri and it was negative. If you are still having problems, ask about getting an MRA of the brain. MR angiography is the test that is most sensitive for finding aneurysms. It's done similar to an MRI but looks specifically at the blood vessels and blood flow. Good luck.
